This role offers excellent opportunities to develop your skills and progress your career.In the first 12 weeks you will be working day shifts (7.30am - 4.30pm / 7.30am - 12.30pm Monday to Friday - 39 hours per week), but after training you will move onto a rotating 6-2/2-10 shift pattern Monday to Friday (38 hours per week).Whilst on day shifts you will have the opportunity to earn upto £30,500 per annum basic (DOE), but once you move onto shifts your annual salary will range between £33,000 - £37,000 per annumOvertime is regularly available and is paid at T1/3 after 39 hours, and T1/2 after 48 hours, this business also offers a £2,000 new starter incentive bonus which is a staggered payment (£200 after the first month, £800 once you''ve passed probation and the final £1,000 to be paid after 12 months service).What You Will Do:Set up and operate advanced press machines, including Amada and Edward Pearson models.Perform bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.Produce high-quality components for assembly operations while adhering to technical drawings.Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure ..... full job details .....
