Role- Press Brake OperatorLocation- RotherhamHours - Mon - Thurs 6pm- 6amStarting Rate £16.80phWe are working with a highly successful and reputable fabrication company in Rotherham, Currently looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator, ideally experienced on Bystronic but other types will also be considered (Trumpf, Amada, etc)You must be proficient in the following areasSetting and operating a CNC pressbrake machine in a sub-contract environmentBe able to program the pressbrake quickly and safelyReading and interpreting customer drawings, including isometric and basic 2D/3DOrganising internal paperworkEither operating, or be prepared to be trained in the use of, a modern laser cutting machine in a sub-contract environmentYou must be capable of the following activities.To operate the pressbrake machine as required, to a high level of safety and productivity.Achieving the agreed bend accuracy, quantity and quality of customer ordersAchieving the agreed dispatch date of customer ordersEnsure Pressbrake machinery, and any other manufacturing machinery, is running to its optimum at all times, ensuring maximum output whilst keeping a high standard of quality.Keeping the production area clean, safe and tidy.To communicate and liaise with the Directors on all working practices including health and safety issues.This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful company offering a competitive starting rate, Company bonus scheme after 6 months completed employment.
