This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on operator who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working in a practical, close-knit environment.You will play a key role in manufacturing high-quality sheet metal components, working primarily with CNC press brake and laser cutting machinery.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC press brake and laser cutting machinesRead and interpret engineering drawings and job specificationsSelect appropriate tooling, materials, and machine settingsProduce accurate components to tight tolerances and quality standardsCarry out first-off inspections and routine quality checksPerform basic machine maintenance and troubleshootingWork efficiently to meet production deadlinesRequirementsProven experience operating press brake and/or laser cutting machinesStrong ability to read and understand technical drawingsExperience with machine setup and tooling changesHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a small teamReliable, practical, and proactive attitudeDesirable SkillsExperience with CNC programming or editing programsBroader sheet metal fabrication experienceForklift licenceHours of ..... full job details .....
