Job Title: Press Brake Charge HandLocation: LeicestershireShift:Option 1: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 6:00pmOption 2: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 4:45pm, Friday 7:30am - 12:30pmPay: 16.00 - 17.00 per hour or approx. 40,000 per annum (depending on experience)Benefits: Permanent positionFree on-site parkingProgression opportunities The Company:A well-established and expanding fabrication business is entering a period of exciting growth and is now looking to strengthen its supervisory team within the folding section. The Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Folder with supervisory capability to act as 2nd in command within the folding department. You will support the day-to-day running of a team of 8-10 operatives, ensuring output, quality, and efficiency targets are met. Key Responsibilities:Write and adjust machine programmesTest and produce samples in conjunction with the NPI teamTrain and support new team membersSupervise a production shift and prioritise workloads effectivelyMaintain strong Health and Safety and housekeeping standardsSupport smooth and efficient daily operationsLead by example and promote a positive team culture About You:Experienced folder with previous supervisory / charge-hand experienceConfident in programming and machine operationStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to train and develop others effectivelySolid understanding of Health and Safety requirementsReliable, proactive, and a strong team playerAble to prioritise in a ..... full job details .....
