Press Brake / Or Improver willing to learn but must have some experience
Duties
Daily start up and shut down of the machine
Working with sheet metal, dealing with a variety of products and materials
To produce fault free products
Maintaining a tidy and organised department.
Work in accordance with company processes and procedures.
To check job paperwork and liaise with the Drawing department for tooling/program issues
Meeting production demands and targets.
Skills-
Set/ Op CNC Press Brake
Excellent interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.
Excellent numeracy skills
Ability to communicate at all levels either face to face or in writing.
Working knowledge of CNC machinery
Excellent work planning and organisational skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Hours of work are from 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thurs, Fri 8am-3pm ( 39 hour week) pm with a- 30 minute unpaid break for lunch
