Do you have previous NHS Gp experience using Systmone , We are working with a lovely GP Practice in Ongar who require the support of a Prescription Clerk on a long term part time temporary basis. Duties include (but not limited to) Process repeat medication requests, including adding, altering and printing throughout the day. Process acute prescriptions with support from the GP and pharmacists as and when required. Expedite urgent prescriptions to help ensure a safe and responsive service for patients. Scanning documents onto Systmone Handle prescription queries and answer prescription-related queries from patients. Communicate with patients, carers, and other health agencies over the phone to answer queries and complete requests for medication. Liaise with duty doctor to ensure requests for prescriptions are handled in a timely way. Ensure the service provided by the Prescription Department is effective, efficient, and accurate.
