This is a lovely opportunity to join a nursery with structured learning, outdoor activities, and school readiness. The setting has an established team and provides a warm, personal environment where children and practitioners can thrive. You will be: Leading the Preschool room and supporting the day-to-day running of the setting. Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework. Supporting children''s development and school readiness through play-based and structured learning. Guiding, mentoring, and supporting Early Years practitioners. Building positive relationships with parents and providing regular developmental updates. Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, learning, and care. The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above, have strong Preschool experience, and demonstrate excellent EYFS knowledge.
