will have experience from a tax software firm, a Big 4/Top 10 accounting, or a consultancy firm where you have worked with tax software products.What you will be doingDevelop and deliver presentations and demonstrations, including both standard offerings and customized proof of concepts, to prospects, clients, and partners.Collaborate with product teams to gain a deep understanding of solutions, enabling effective communication of benefits to customers.Provide feedback on product features, user behaviour, and suggested enhancements based on client interactions and market insights.Conduct comprehensive industry research, including competitor analysis and exploration of emerging trends. Identify new markets and potential use cases for the platform, aligning opportunities with product capabilities. Based on this research, create new use cases on the platform to address identified needs.Act as a critical liaison between sales, marketing, implementation, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.Demonstrate new platform features to internal teams, focusing on how these features can enhance client outcomes and drive upsell opportunities. Additionally, train service teams on the requirements and implementation of new use cases to ensure readiness and success.About YouA background in
accounting ,
taxation , or finance is
essential , along with a basic understanding of accounting principles, regulatory issues, and tax systems.Familiarity with SQL and the ability to think logically to develop technical solutions are important.Troubleshooting skills for addressing technical issues are also required.Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills, are essential for this role.An interest in and understanding of the finance and taxation industries will be highly beneficial, along with a commitment to staying informed about industry trends and developments.The ability to conduct thorough research, manage time effectively, and maintain strong organisational skills is crucial.Successfully demonstrating negotiation and influencing capabilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges will be highly advantageous.No visa sponsorship is available, you will have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.Seniority level
