The successful candidate will ideally have experience within an aerospace, automotive or manufacturing environment, with experience working with carbon fibre parts being advantageous. Responsibilities Prepare various substrates ready for primer. Prepare primer ready for topcoat. Carry out masking and component preparation prior to painting. Prepare and mount components prior to painting. Use filler to address pinholes, voids and shapes. Polish gloss finish components to a high standard. Produce high-quality parts in line with customer requirements. Follow work instructions and quality standards. Ensure hazardous and non-hazardous waste is disposed of correctly. Keep the work area clean and tidy. Wear the required PPE and follow all company health and safety procedures.
