Kolt Recruitment are looking for a dedicated and experienced Vehicle Prepper to join a busy and professional Accident Repair Centre in Edgware. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong preparation skills who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
-Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Ensuring all surfaces are properly prepped to achieve the best possible paint finish.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship at all times.
• Working alongside painters, panel beaters, and other colleagues to ensure efficient workflow.
• Following company and manufacturer guidelines for health, safety, and quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper in an accident repair or bodyshop environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
• Knowledge of prepping techniques, fillers, sanding, masking, and priming.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
