This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Prepper or Paint Prepper to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Sunbury. Working as part of a highly skilled Bodyshop team, you''ll be responsible for preparing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring every vehicle is ready for a flawless paint finish.

• Monday to Friday Working Pattern (7:00am - 5:00pm)

As a Vehicle Prepper, you will play a key role in preparing vehicles for the paint process, ensuring every repair is completed to the highest quality and manufacturer standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, filling, and priming

• Mixing paint to achieve accurate colour matches where required

• Inspecting panels to ensure they are ready for painting

• Working closely with Paint Technicians to maintain an efficient workflow

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Ensuring all preparation work meets quality standards

• Following all health and safety procedures

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper, Paint Prepper, Bodyshop Prepper, or Automotive Prepper

• Experience working with water-based paint systems

• City & Guilds qualification or equivalent

• ATA Accreditation (desirable but not essential)

• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle preparation and repair techniques

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship

• A stable employment history within a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
