This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with young people with additional needs, helping them develop the confidence, independence, social skills and practical life skills they will need as they progress towards adulthood. The role will involve supporting the young people both within their local community and in everyday environments, helping them become more confident navigating the world around them.
