You will deliver engaging, personalised Preparation for Life (PFL) sessions to young people aged 16-25, helping learners develop the practical skills, confidence and independence they need for adulthood. You''ll work closely with support staff and other professionals to support EHCP outcomes, monitor progress and promote positive learning outcomes.
