Preparation Centre Leader

Vehicle Preparation Centre Leader required in Avonmouth.SALARY: Up to 70-80,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience) with access to bonuses/overtime.HOURS: 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour days between the opening hours 6:00am-6:00pm. A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Preparation Centre Leader at our client, the largest independent used car dealer group in the South West of England, to manage their busy group vehicle preparation centre located in Avonmouth. Reporting to and working very closely with our client''s senior management team, you will have leadership and budgetary responsibility for their group vehicle preparation centre, made up of 60+ staff, including cosmetic, mechanical, valeting and site operations. You will also have management of 3rd party suppliers and stakeholders. Day-to-day duties of the Group Preparation Leader will include:Drive site leadership to deliver on key metrics, including throughput, cost, quality and cycle time.Lead vehicle prep from arrivals through to transportation for sale.
