Job Description - Premium Process Technical Team Leader "PP Technical Team Leader" Role Profile Reports into: PP Manager Line Management Responsibility: Yes Employing Entity: Mrald (Mphasis''s dedicated UK Insurance operational services delivery vehicle) Role overview Provide leadership and direction for the Premium Processing team, ensuring the effective delivery of operational activities and the achievement of service excellence through the consistent attainment of SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. Develop team capability, foster a high-performance culture, and promote continuous improvement across all aspects of service delivery. Partner with the Premium Processing Manager to shape and execute the strategic direction of the function, driving operational excellence and organisational effectiveness. Champion transformation and process improvement initiatives, leveraging performance data and stakeholder insight to enhance customer experience, improve productivity, and deliver sustainable business value. Provide expert knowledge to the Premium Processing Team, serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical matters and offering specialist support across all Lines of Business.
