The Assembler will utilise both hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently. Duties Assemble components and products according to specifications and drawings. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency. Report any issues or defects in materials or equipment to the supervisor promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in assembly or a similar role is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely. Experience working in a production environment is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills. Hours and Pay: Starting at 12.78 per hour, rising to 13.17 after 12 weeks. Daily bonus scheme.
