The role plays a key part in ensuring that college buildings, grounds, and facilities are safe, secure, clean, and fully operational for students, staff, visitors, and external users. Duties include site security, room set-ups, basic maintenance tasks, porterage, health and safety checks, responding to emergencies, and assisting with the smooth running of campus activities and events. The Premises Team operates on a split-shift rota during the week to provide cover across all college opening hours.
