We aim to provide an inclusive and diverse working environment where people are at the heart of everything they do.We are looking for a reliable, practical and tenant-focused Premises Officer to help provide clean, safe and well-maintained environments across our care schemes, Bardsley Court, Claremont Court and Garden Court.In this varied role, you will deliver cleaning and caretaking services, support day-to-day site operations, respond to tenant queries, liaise with colleagues and contractors, and help ensure that communal areas, grounds, refuse areas and site records are maintained to a high standard.You will also provide day-to-day supervision for the Cleaner at Garden Court, helping to maintain standards, support development and ensure relevant health and safety and operational procedures are followed.What you''ll be doingProvide cleaning and general caretaking services across the three ..... full job details .....
