Premises Officer

Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM UK and Ireland is recruiting an FM Premises Officer/ Facilities Manager - Soft Services to join our FM segment and the team based out of The Bridge Academy in Sutton Coldfield. Working 7:30am - 1:00pm and 3:30pm - 5:30pm - Split Shift. You will be working around B26, B33 and B36 postcode areas. The role is primarily Monday to Friday, with working hours aligned to site requirements. The role is site-based within a school part of a multi-academy trust, with occasional travel required across other Trust sites where needed. Reporting to the Account Manager, the Premises Officer/Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of services on site, ensuring the school runs safely, smoothly and without disruption. Making Possible You will be responsible for leading and coordinating all FM services on site, including MandE, building fabric, and caretaker duties. This is a hands-on role ensuring all activities are delivered in line with contractual requirements, service standards and agreed timescales to ensure the site remains safe and compliant.
