Premises Manager

A Premises Manager is needed on a on going temporary basis at a primary school in Camden. Details of the role:

• 40 Hour working week
• £19.00 - £21.00 an hour 
• 8 Hour Day
• 5 Days a week
• Temporary role with the opportunity for it to be permanent for the right candidate

Responsibilities of the job: 

• Lock and unlock the school and carry out security checks on the buildings
• Carry out and record statutory checks and help maintain Health and Safety records
• Carrying out small and basic maintenance tasks around the site
• Liaising and shadowing contractors around the site
• Monitor site stock and order supplies
• Walking School grounds making sure everything is clean
• Communicating effectively with colleagues on the site premises 

The Ideal candidate will have some previous experience in a Premises Manager or Facilities Maintenance role.
