We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established national facilities management provider, looking for a Premises Manager to lead the on-site team across a group of school sites in Bristol. You''ll be responsible for keeping services running smoothly, to budget and to the standards the contract demands, while making sure pupils, staff and visitors have a great experience every day. THE ROLE - Leading and supporting a team of Premises Assistants across the school sites - Overseeing day-to-day services such as site supervision, security, porterage and cleaning - Working closely with the Lead Engineers so planned and reactive maintenance is completed on time - Keeping a close eye on service levels and performance targets, and managing any damage or defects effectively - Making sure all health and safety, statutory and regulatory requirements are met, using safe systems of work - Keeping each site properly resourced with the people, materials and cover it needs - Developing your team through regular reviews, coaching and clear standards - Taking your turn on the on-call rota WHO WE''D LOVE TO HEAR FROM - Proven experience in ..... full job details .....
