Premises Manager/Assistant Required in Peckham – £110–£160 Per Day

Are you an organised, reliable and practical individual looking for a new opportunity within a school environment?

We are currently working with a primary school in Peckham who are looking for a dedicated Premises Manager/Assistant to join their team.

The successful candidate will help ensure the school site is safe, secure, clean and well maintained, supporting with the day-to-day running of the premises.

The Role

• Assist with the general maintenance and upkeep of the school site

• Carry out basic repairs and maintenance where required

• Help ensure the school premises are safe, secure and well presented

• Support with deliveries, setting up rooms and moving furniture/equipment

• Carry out regular site checks and report any issues

• Liaise with contractors and other staff when required

• Support the Premises Manager with the smooth running of the school site

Requirements

• Previous experience in premises, maintenance, caretaking or a similar role is desirable

• Practical and hands-on approach

• Good organisational and communication skills

• Reliable and proactive

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience working within a school environment is desirable
