This Premises Assistant position will be full time and temporary in the first instance. Duties for this Premises Assistant post will include but not be limited to: Carrying out maintenance of the buildings Handling repairs of the facilities Providing general security Day to day cleaning Overseeing standard safety checks Working with contractors The rates of pay for this Premises Assistant role will be between £16 to £18 per hour, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
