The role is varied and practical, supporting the day-to-day running of the school through planned and reactive maintenance, security, porterage, and cleaning duties. You will also prepare the site for assemblies, meetings, and out-of-school activities, respond to emergencies, and support the school in line with established procedures.The position requires flexibility, including early and late shifts on a rotational basis, availability for evening events, and emergency call-outs when required.What you''ll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and some understanding of COSHHBasic computer skillsExperience of building maintenance and systems (desirable but not essential)Experience working with HVAC systems (desirable but not essential)Experience of lone workingIOSH Working Safely ..... full job details .....
