Preconstruction Project Manager

We are partnering with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor to appoint an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join their East Midlands leadership team, based from their Nottingham office.This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for leading and coordinating an established preconstruction team across a range of technical disciplines, including Estimating, Planning, Preconstruction Project Management, and specialist support functions.Reporting to the Senior Preconstruction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company''s approach to new opportunities, driving successful bid strategies and ensuring the delivery of commercially robust, technically sound, and deliverable solutions across a diverse project portfolio. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Design, Planning, Building Services, and Business Development, you will provide strategic leadership throughout the preconstruction lifecycle. This role requires someone who can see the bigger picture, balancing customer requirements, commercial objectives, technical challenges, programme considerations, risk management, and project deliverability.
