They are known for innovation, flexible working, and creating places that leave a lasting positive impact.Leading the delivery of winning bids on some of the Midlands'' most exciting construction project, this is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping projects from concept through to construction.We''re looking for a dynamic and driven Preconstruction Project Manager to lead complex two-stage and negotiated tenders across sectors including Education, Leisure, Health, Blue Light, Transport and Commercial, with project values ranging from £10m-£100m.The RoleReporting to the Preconstruction Manager, you''ll take ownership of the bid process, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and driving successful tender submissions that exceed client expectations.
