They are looking to appoint an experienced Preconstruction Project Manager / Bid Manager to join their growing team. The successful Preconstruction Project Manager / Bid Manager will play a key role in securing and delivering projects, managing schemes from tender stage through pre-construction and into site mobilisation. Working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams, you will help drive successful bids and ensure projects are handed over efficiently to the delivery teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects through the pre-construction phase. Manage bid programmes and tender submissions. Coordinate design teams, consultants and internal stakeholders.
