We are working with a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor to assist them in hiring a Pre-Construction Manager for their growing team in Scotland.This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected business delivering a diverse range of rail, civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Scotland. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping projects from initial opportunity through to contract award, leading tendering activities, coordinating technical and commercial inputs, and developing robust, competitive proposals.
