This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical preconstruction professional to take ownership of the full preconstruction process, from initial enquiry and tender development through to negotiation, project award and formal handover to the delivery team. Key Responsibilities Manage enquiries from initial receipt through tender submission, negotiation, award and handover. Review client enquiries, drawings, specifications, employer''s requirements and tender documentation. Coordinate Estimating, Design, Procurement, Projects, suppliers and specialist subcontractors throughout the tender process. Ensure tenders are technically compliant, commercially competitive and submitted within agreed deadlines.
