Preconstruction ManagerWarringtonUp to 75,000PermanentThe OpportunityWe are working with a leading UK civil engineering and infrastructure contractor to recruit an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join their established Regional Civils team based in Warrington.This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in the preconstruction phase of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with clients, designers, commercial teams and operational delivery teams to develop winning solutions that are safe, innovative, sustainable and commercially robust.The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping projects from initial opportunity through to contract award.The RoleAs Preconstruction Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading the preconstruction process from opportunity identification through to contract award.Managing multidisciplinary bid and preconstruction teams to deliver high-quality and compliant tender submissions.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers and supply chain partners.Driving value engineering, innovation, buildability and sustainable solutions throughout the bid process.Coordinating design development, estimating, planning, risk management and commercial input.Managing programme milestones and ensuring all internal governance requirements are met.Identifying and managing project risks, opportunities and key commercial considerations.Working collaboratively with ..... full job details .....
