One of the biggest pre-construction leadership roles in the South West. A major UK contractor is appointing a Pre-Construction Director to lead its regional work-winning function from Bristol. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you ll lead Business Development, Pre-Construction, Design and Commercial, shaping which projects the business targets and how it wins them. The Brief Lead and develop a 20-strong team Own regional pre-construction and work-winning strategy Drive client relationships and early project engagement Lead major tenders and project pursuit strategies Influence the wider direction and pipeline of the region Oversee projects and tenders valued up to £200m The Pre-Construction Director will come from a Tier 1 or major main contractor with strong leadership credentials, major tender experience and knowledge of public/private procurement and frameworks.
