Pre-Construction Commercial Manager Location: StirlingWorking Pattern: Office/ HybridSalary: Competitive, depending on experienceAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre-Construction Commercial Manager to join a growing construction and development business based in Stirling.Working closely with the Pre-Construction Director and Bid Manager, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects through the pre-construction and bidding stages, helping to deliver competitive, accurate and commercially successful tenders.The Role Key responsibilities will include: Managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects and tenders from opportunity through to contract award.Preparing estimates, cost plans, budgets and tender submissions.Identifying commercial risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions.Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.Developing and maintaining strong supply chain relationships.Supporting Gateway reviews, bid approvals and commercial handovers.Providing accurate turnover, profit and programme projections.Maintaining cost databases and ensuring robust commercial information is captured.Supporting continuous improvement and lessons learned across the pre-construction function.Working with senior management to identify opportunities and support business growth.
