Precision Sewing Technician

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for skilled and detail-oriented Sewing Technicians to support our clients continued growth within an innovative medical device manufacturing environment.This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly specialised team working in a clean room environment, contributing to the sewing and assembly of Transcatheter Heart Valves. The role is ideally suited to candidates with excellent manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and experience in sewing, crafts, embroidery, or other precision-based work.Precision Sewing TechnicianLocation: LeedsSalary: £28,500 per yearHours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm (38 hours per week)Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesUse needles, scissors, forceps, microscopes, and specialised tooling to complete valve sewing and assembly tasks.Carry out quality checks on your own work and that of colleagues against specifications and defined standards.Complete all tasks in line with work instructions, GMP, and documentation procedures.Accurately record traceable manufacturing information within DHRs.Support wider manufacturing and operational activities as required.Follow all health, safety, environmental, and clean room procedures.Skills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience in sewing, arts and crafts, embroidery, or other high-dexterity work is essential.Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to use small hand tools.Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow detailed ..... full job details .....
