We're recruiting Precision Assembly Operatives to join a specialist manufacturing operation in Mansfield & Annesley, producing small, high-specification electrical components used in demanding industries including aerospace and defence. This isn't heavy factory work. You'll be working with small, intricate components, carrying out fine assembly and inspection work where patience, concentration and attention to detail really matter. Full training is provided, so previous experience in this type of manufacturing isn't essential. We're much more interested in finding people with the right attitude, commitment and eye for detail who want to learn a specialist skill. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, soldering, jewellery, model making, sewing, crafting or other precision/fine-detail work would be advantageous, but is not essential.
