This role will take overall responsibility for the management of a busy precast manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production while leading a skilled workforce.

• Manage day-to-day factory operations
• Lead production planning and scheduling
• Ensure quality and H&S standards are maintained
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage and develop production teams
• Coordinate with commercial and operational departments

Suitable candidates are likely to have experience within:
