Preschool Room Leader responsibilities include overseeing the daily activities within the preschool room, guiding and mentoring a team of practitioners, and ensuring educational practices meet the needs of all children. You will plan and implement stimulating and engaging learning experiences that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).Responsibilities

Lead the preschool team to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environmentDesign and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities in line with EYFSAssess and plan for children''s individual needs and provide timely feedback to parentsPromote and maintain the highest standards of care and educationWork collaboratively with staff to ensure effective teamwork and communicationMaintain accurate records of children''s progress and developmentSupervise and develop staff in the preschool room, supporting their professional growthEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursery policiesEstablish positive relationships with families and actively involve them in their children\''s learningRequirements

Level 3 qualification or above in Early Childhood Education or related fieldExperience working in a preschool setting with children aged 3-5 yearsStrong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child developmentProven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesA passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality careBenefits
