Pre-Sales Engineer – Electronic/ Cloud Security

Join a newly formed Cloud team at a leading national integrator, driving the future of Electronic Security for the mid-market. This hands-on pre-sales role supports the Cloud sales team with quotes, drawings, technical input, and customer engagement. You''ll help shape scalable, cost-effective solutions and grow with a fast-evolving division.
Ideal candidate would be someone with an engineering background in the electronic security industry looking for a career move but someone presales from the industry would be ideal also.
Key Responsibilities
• Support pre-sales design, quoting, and technical demos
• Collaborate with Head of Cloud to develop value-added services
• Deep-dive into cloud platforms to enhance competitiveness
• Align with delivery and service teams for seamless execution
• Build strong vendor relationships and drive innovation
• Identify training needs and support team development
Requirements
• Eligible for SC Clearance (UK work permit required)
• Enterprise security knowledge is a MUST (CCTV, VMS, Access Control)
• Excellent communicator with customer-facing experience
• 5+ years in a similar or related role.

Basic of 45-50k and location ideally Reading - London
