This is a hands-on role working with composite materials to produce high-quality components to exacting standards. Key Responsibilities: Lay up pre-preg carbon fibre and composite materials. Read and interpret technical drawings and laminate schedules. Prepare moulds and materials for production. Ensure laminates meet quality and specification requirements. Work to tight tolerances and maintain high standards of workmanship. Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
