Pre Plasterer

PSR are currently recruiting for a Pre Plasterer.

Pre-Plasterer - Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare walls, ceilings, and surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents.

• Mix plaster materials to the correct consistency and apply base coats and finishing coats.

• Assist plasterers with loading, carrying, and setting up tools and materials.

• Ensure work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times.

• Follow health and safety guidelines on-site and use protective equipment when required.

Pre-Plasterer - Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, plastering, or a similar trade is desirable but not essential.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn plastering techniques.

• Physically fit and able to handle manual labour.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines.
