Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Pre-Litigation HDR Fee Earner to join our team in our Old Trafford office.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in Pre-Litigation (HDR) claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims at the pre-litigation stage, with a focus on negotiating and settling matters efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a caseload of pre-litigation HDR claims from inception to settlementReviewing liability and evidence to assess prospects of recoveryNegotiating with insurers and third parties to reach early settlementsDrafting correspondence and settlement offersEnsuring files are progressed efficiently in line with internal procedures and KPIsMaintaining accurate case management recordsCandidate Speciification Minimum 1 year experience handling Pre-Litigation HDR claimsStrong understanding of the pre-litigation claims processProven ability to negotiate and settle claims effectivelyExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage a caseload and work in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experienceOpportunity to ..... full job details .....
