Pre Litigated Team Leader

We now have an exciting opportunity for a talented team leader to join our Subrogated Recovery Department in a pre-litigated team. Over the last two years this Department has grown from one team to the current four teams with further growth forecast. Have you got experience of managing a team in a high volume, process driven environment and are looking for a new challenge? Or have you experience of recoveries and are looking for a first management role?
