Based in the UK, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, guiding them from initial enquiry through to contract award — and beyond.What You’ll Be Doing

Generating leads through your network and handling inbound enquiriesBuilding long-term relationships with engineers, project managers, and quantity surveyorsDeveloping tailored technical and commercial proposals and presenting them with confidenceCollaborating closely with clients and internal teams to convert enquiries into secured ordersHanding over projects to operations and monitoring progress through design, manufacture, and deliveryWorking cross-functionally with estimating, design, and delivery teams to shape winning solutionsWhat You’ll Bring

A background in construction, with knowledge of contracts and tender processesStrong project management and multitasking skillsCommercial awareness and a self-driven approach to business developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills — you\''re a natural connectorAbility to interpret technical drawings and specifications (a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a flexible, can-do attitudeQualifications and Experience

Degree or trade qualification in a construction-related field (e.g. QS, estimation, engineering, project management)Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar roleWhy Join Us?
