Working across CAT A, CAT B and design and build schemes, they have built a solid portfolio of prestigious projects and continue to grow their presence across the London market.They re now looking for an experienced Pre-Contracts Manager to take ownership of the pre-construction process, working closely with the directors, commercial team and external design consultants to help secure and deliver new business.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved from the outset, has a good understanding of the fit-out market and can bring both commercial awareness and a practical approach to winning work.The Role Manage the pre-construction process from initial enquiry and tender through to contract award and handover. Review tender documentation, drawings and specifications to identify project requirements, risks and opportunities. Coordinate with estimating, commercial and design teams to prepare competitive and commercially sound tenders.
