The Role
As the Pre-Contract Commercial Manager, you’ll:

• Lead contract evaluations and negotiations to secure profitable tenders.
• Provide commercial leadership to the team, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Manage tender costs and ensure fair pricing aligned with market standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective bid submissions and project handovers.
• Deliver comprehensive business reports to senior management.

You
To be successful in the role of Pre-Contract Commercial Manager, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in managing commercial performance for projects.
• Expertise in various contract forms, including NEC, JCT, and FIDIC.
• Experience or a background in Utilities, Rail or Civil (Utilities is preferred)
• Strong pre-contract tendering experience.
• Experience leading teams in a commercial setting.
