You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are thoroughly scoped, technically robust, compliant, and ready for delivery. Working closely with asset management, commercial and delivery teams, you will be responsible for developing specifications, undertaking technical assessments, carrying out feasibility studies, preparing tender documentation, and ensuring projects comply with all relevant legislation and quality standards before construction begins.
