Projects range from small demolition (circa £1m) soft strip and clearance to complex Industrial demolition including managing explosive blow downs, high rise top-down demolition and large high-reach machine demolition. Follow on works packages including infrastructure, basement construction and civil engineering. (worth upwards of £40m+) The role will include but will not be limited to: Lead the technical development to unlock complex and interesting projects. Unpick invitations for tender and distribute to different disciplines to provide technical solutions. Co-ordinating and managing technical answers and prioritising for the overall successful delivery of the tender programme and solution. Producing basic to intermediatory programmes utilising Asta. Supporting PQQ process and providing technical answers to bid management team.
