Lead and manage the internal pre-construction team across lighting and acoustics Coordinate designs, take-offs and accurate quotations from enquiry through to co Support sales with technical queries while delivering projects accurately to tig PRE-CONSTRUCTION TEAM LEADER - Hoddesdon/Herts An exciting opportunity to be part of a very ambitious and forward-thinking UK manufacturer of commercial lighting, acoustic and biophilic products selling to the commercial fit-out industry.OVERVIEW OF TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES Processing of incoming project enquiries, liaising with the sales team and customers, understanding technical information, carrying out designs, and providing completed quote for sales account managers to take forwardRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Managing the internal pre-construction team for lighting and acoustics Overall co-ordination of workflow from initial enquiry to ''oven ready quote'' for sales account managers to take forward. This includes: - Liaising with account manager/customers to get a detailed grasp of project requirements Putting together a brief including making assumptions where information is not available Co-ordinating lighting/acoustic designs/drawing take-offs to produce a full breakdown or all products required for the project Entering of the above product requirements on to a sales quotation which is 100% accurate to facilitate world class enquiry response times Liaising with suppliers on bespoke products Manage external/remote resources ..... full job details .....
