Pre Construction Manager

Job Title: Pre Construction Manager Location: Peterborough Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum DOE Job type: Full Time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm About Us: We are a regional building contractor delivering works across insurance repairs, major projects, refurbishment, regeneration, social housing and local authority contracts. About The Role: We are looking for an organised, detail-focused and commercially aware Pre Construction Manager to lead our tendering and bid submission process across a range of construction projects. This role would suit someone with experience in construction bids, estimating, commercial management or pre-construction who is confident managing multiple tenders and coordinating input from different teams.
