Pre-Construction Manager

Are you an experienced Pre-Construction professional with a passion for planning, problem-solving and delivering complex construction projects? A leading UK construction and infrastructure contractor is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping major projects from tender stage through to construction handover. What you''ll be doing? Developing tender and contract programmes using ASTA Powerproject. Producing construction methodologies, logistics plans and delivery strategies. Reviewing drawings, BIM models, and technical information to assess buildability and risk. Supporting bid submissions, client presentations, and project handovers. Working closely with estimating, design, commercial, and operational teams to deliver successful outcomes. What we''re looking for: 3-5 years'' experience in construction or pre-construction planning Advanced ASTA Powerproject skills Strong knowledge of concrete, civils, infrastructure, and construction sequencing Experience with quantity take-offs from PDF, DWG, and IFC models Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Why Apply?
