Pre-Construction Manager

Are you an experienced Pre-Construction professional with a passion for planning, problem-solving-and delivering complex construction projects?

A leading UK construction and infrastructure contractor is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join its growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping major projects from tender stage through to construction handover.-

What you''ll be doing?

• Developing tender and contract programmes using ASTA Powerproject.
• Producing construction methodologies, logistics plans-and delivery strategies.
• Reviewing drawings, BIM models, and technical information to assess buildability and risk.
• Supporting bid submissions, client presentations, and project handovers.
• Working closely with estimating, design, commercial, and operational teams to deliver successful outcomes.

What we''re looking for:

• 3-5-years'' experience in construction or pre-construction planning
• Advanced ASTA Powerproject skills
• Strong knowledge of concrete, civils, infrastructure, and construction sequencing
• Experience with quantity take-offs from PDF, DWG, and IFC models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
